Pam Hoveland moved to Thomasville from Orlando, Florida where she grew up and considered her first summer job at DisneyWorld a true adventure. She then headed to Brenau College in the fall to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Organizational Leadership. Her passion soon turned into buying and selling her own personal homes. Starting with the challenge of finding the land, deciding on a floorplan, obtaining the permits, and working with a contractor to decorating the finished product. After moving in, she would ask herself, “What’s my next project?” That question evolved into taking a house that was a ‘diamond in the rough’ and remodeling it to perfection, that she would sell someone to make it a home where they could plant their roots and make memories with their family and friends. Anytime you ask her, she will tell you that she truly loves all aspects of real estate!
Pam’s background in finance and being a mortgage broker for the ‘buyer’ has been an advantage she uses often in order to help someone that has never gone through the loan process. She walks them through and holds their hand during the entire transaction so they know exactly where they stand at all times. Her knowledge also helps with the seller believing they should receive updates and feedback on how showings went and what a potential buyer thought of their home. There is nothing worse to her than ‘being in the dark’. The first step in deciding to buy or sell is the hardest and most difficult. With Pam’s expertise and familiarity, she wants ‘home-buying’ or ‘home-selling’ to be a stress-free experience. Helping her clients from start to finish is her priority for success!
Having her Georgia, Florida and Tennessee real estate license, Pam is focused and eager to help with your real estate needs. She loves Thomasville and the closeness of the community. Customer service and satisfaction is of the utmost importance to her when working with clients. She is enthusiastic and anxious to work with anyone searching for that perfect home!
